1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a membership with Hole In One Golf Club (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “the Club”) you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms you should not purchase a membership or use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Member”) and Hole In One Golf Club, operated by Chris Zangkas, located at 36 Beckner Ln, Palm Coast, FL 32137.
2. Membership Eligibility
To be eligible for a Hole In One Golf Club membership you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
- Be a legal resident of the United States
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Have a verifiable golf handicap or be an active recreational golfer
- Not be currently suspended or previously terminated from our Club
- Agree to all rules and terms outlined in this document
3. Membership Tiers & Pricing
We offer three annual membership tiers:
Par Membership — $50/year
- Hole-in-one reward payout of $5,000
- 1 entry into the annual golf trip giveaway
- Annual membership — does not auto-renew
Birdie Membership — $100/year
- Hole-in-one reward payout of $10,000
- 2 entries into the annual golf trip giveaway
- Annual membership — does not auto-renew
Eagle Membership — $200/year
- Hole-in-one reward payout of $20,000
- 3 entries into the annual golf trip giveaway
- Annual membership — does not auto-renew
All memberships are annual and do not automatically renew. Members will be notified via email prior to expiration and must manually renew to maintain active status and eligibility.
4. Hole-In-One Eligibility Rules
4.1 General Requirements
To be eligible for a hole-in-one payout all of the following conditions must be met:
- The hole-in-one must be achieved during the active membership period
- The shot must be made on a regulation golf course open to public or private play
- The hole must meet the minimum yardage requirements as follows:
- Men: Minimum 125 yards from the tee box played
- Women: Minimum 100 yards from the tee box played
- The round must be played with a minimum of one other witness
- The hole-in-one must be achieved during a legitimate round of golf (not a practice round, scramble, or non-regulation format unless otherwise specified)
- The member must be playing under official USGA rules at the time of the shot
- The shot must be made using a regulation golf club (no novelty or non-conforming equipment)
4.2 Excluded Formats
The following formats and situations are not eligible for a payout:
- Practice rounds or driving range shots
- Miniature golf or par-3 only courses under minimum yardage
- Charity scramble events where individual scores are not tracked
- Holes shorter than the minimum yardage requirements
- Shots made before the membership activation date
- Shots made after the membership expiration date
- Rounds played outside of the United States unless pre-approved in writing
4.3 Multiple Hole-In-Ones
- Members are eligible for two payouts per year, but no more than one payout per individual hole per year
- Members may renew their membership the following year to remain eligible
5. Claim Submission Process
5.1 Notification Requirement
Members must notify Hole In One Golf Club of a hole-in-one achievement within 48 hours of the event by:
- Submitting a claim via our website at holeinonegolfclub.com
- Emailing us at chris@holeinonegolfclub.com
- Calling us at (248) 497-2267
Failure to notify us within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied.
5.2 Required Documentation
To process your claim you must provide all of the following:
Original scorecard signed by you and your witness(es)
Photo identification (driver’s license or government-issued ID)
Name, contact information, and signature of at least one witness
Name and location of the golf course
Date and time of the achievement
Hole number, par, and yardage from the tee played
Photographs or video of the shot if available
Golf course contact information for verification
5.3 Verification Process
Once your claim is submitted:
- Our team will review all submitted documents within 5 business days
- We may contact the golf course directly to verify the round was played
- We may contact your witness(es) to confirm the achievement
- We reserve the right to request additional documentation if needed
- If approved you will receive written confirmation of your payout
5.4 Incomplete Claims
Claims submitted without all required documentation will be considered incomplete. Members will have 14 days from the date of notification to submit missing documents. Claims not completed within this window may be denied.
6. Payout Terms
6.1 Payment Timeline
- Once all verification requirements are met and your claim is approved you can expect to receive your check within 14 days
- Payments are issued via check mailed to your registered address unless otherwise arranged
- It is the member’s responsibility to ensure their mailing address is current and accurate in their account
6.2 Tax Responsibility
- Hole-in-one payouts are considered taxable income under United States federal and state tax law
- Hole In One Golf Club will issue a 1099 form for any payout of $600 or more
- Members are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on their payout
- We strongly recommend consulting a tax professional regarding your payout
6.3 Payout Limitations
- Maximum of two payouts per year, but no more than one payout per individual hole per year
- Payouts are made to the registered member only and are non-transferable
- Hole In One Golf Club reserves the right to withhold payment pending full verification
- Fraudulent claims will result in immediate membership termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities
7. Golf Trip Giveaway
- The annual golf trip giveaway is awarded to one winner selected randomly from all eligible entries
- Entries are accumulated based on membership tier (Par = 1 entry, Birdie = 2 entries, Eagle = 3 entries)
- The giveaway drawing takes place once per calendar year
- The trip destination and details are determined by Hole In One Golf Club
- The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash
- Winner must be an active member at the time of the drawing
- Winner will be notified via email and must respond within 14 days or the prize will be forfeited and a new winner selected
- Travel arrangements must be completed within 12 months of selection
9. Referral Program
- Members may refer others to join Hole In One Golf Club and receive discounts or credits as outlined in our current referral program
- Referral rewards are subject to change at any time
- Referrals must result in a completed paid membership to qualify for a reward
- Self-referrals or fraudulent referral activity will result in immediate disqualification and potential membership termination
- Referral credits have no cash value and may only be applied toward membership renewal
10. Membership Cancellation & Refunds
10.1 Cancellation
- Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting us at chris@holeinonegolfclub.com
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current membership year
- Cancelled memberships remain active and eligible until the expiration date
10.2 Refund Policy
- Memberships are non-refundable after 30 days from the purchase date
- Refund requests made within 30 days of purchase will be honored in full provided no claim has been submitted
- No refunds will be issued after a hole-in-one claim has been submitted regardless of the outcome
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to process
11. Fraud & Misrepresentation
Hole In One Golf Club takes fraudulent claims extremely seriously. The following will result in immediate membership termination without refund and may result in legal action:
- Submitting a false or fabricated hole-in-one claim
- Providing forged or altered documentation
- Providing false witness information
- Colluding with others to submit a fraudulent claim
- Misrepresenting your identity or membership information
We reserve the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies against members who engage in fraudulent activity including but not limited to recovery of any payouts made based on fraudulent claims.
12. Code of Conduct
All members are expected to:
- Conduct themselves with honesty and integrity at all times
- Treat fellow golfers, club staff, and course personnel with respect
- Abide by the USGA Rules of Golf during all rounds
- Represent Hole In One Golf Club in a positive and professional manner
- Refrain from making false or defamatory statements about the Club or its members
Violation of this code of conduct may result in membership suspension or termination at our sole discretion.
13. Membership Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership at our sole discretion for:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
- Abusive behavior toward staff or other members
- Non-payment or payment disputes
- Any conduct deemed harmful to the reputation of Hole In One Golf Club
In the event of termination for cause no refund will be issued.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Hole In One Golf Club is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur during golf rounds
- We are not responsible for course conditions, weather, or equipment failures
- Our total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount paid for their current membership
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
- Participation in golf activities is at the member’s own risk
15. Disclaimer
- Hole In One Golf Club is a membership rewards program and is not an insurance product
- We do not guarantee that any member will achieve a hole-in-one
- Past payouts to other members do not guarantee future payouts
- Membership fees are used to fund operations, rewards, and benefits and are not held in escrow
16. Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida
- Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Coast, Florida
- You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Hole In One Golf Club
- If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable the remaining provisions remain in full effect
17. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made we will:
- Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page
- Notify active members via email of any material changes
- Post a notice on our website
Continued use of your membership after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
